Shipping Policy

Covid-19 Update

We have initiated Shipping of all products. Delivery will be made available for all places unless deliveries are barred by the local authorities.

We strive to deliver products purchased from CiW in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

* Order value is calculated after applying discounts/GST or any other applicable charges


We use third party courier services for logistics of orders’ parcels. In unforeseen and unfortunate cases wherein courier services refuse to accept the customer’s claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels, CiW shall not be held liable for any loss until below mentioned guidelines are followed by customers.

If the parcel is received in tampered condition, customer is urged to refuse delivery of parcel from courier person.

In case of customer denying receiving the parcel while the courier company shows parcel to be delivered, the customer needs to raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery message. No further complaints beyond 48 hrs will be entertained by CiW

CiW will share Proof of Delivery (POD) with the customer after receiving it from the courier company. Even after sharing POD, if the customer refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD, CiW can only assist the customer in raising the concern with the concerned courier company.

Sale/Discounted items (If applicable)

All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-acceptance of COD Orders

In case, the customer does not accept the COD order after shipment, such customers will not be able to place COD order on our website in future. In some genuine cases, we might not place the customer in NO COD list. Accepting COD order is at the exclusive discretion of CiW.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the order item has not left our warehouse, whichever is earlier.”

If a cancellation is requested for after the Order has left our warehouse, but not yet shipped there will be a deduction of shipping and processing costs upto 15% of Order Value.

Any order that is shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund in case of cancellation of an order:

Refunds will be issued to the same ‘bank account / card / wallet used for placing the order.

Return Policy

Every return of an Order is subject to customer sharing an unboxing video with CiW in an email attachment to be sent to email id.

The video must comply with the following prerequisite:

  • 1. The video must be in a clean, well lit place where the parcel/shipment is clearly visible to be in an untampered condition.
  • 2. Tampered package must be refused by the customer. Tampered package are not subject to return policy.
  • 3. Video must start with a clear view of the Order Label where the customers name, order value, order number etc. details must be clearly visible.
  • 4. The unpacking should be seen in the video and customers are requested to exercise care in doing so. The customer ought to video-record the act of opening the received parcel as proof of any unforeseen and unfortunate case of receiving wrong or missing products inside parcels.
  • 5. The damage to the product should be visibly seen in the video.
  • 6. Any return without unpacking video will not be entertained and will be rejected.

Return requests can be initiated only ‘Once per order’ and ‘Within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order', given following conditions are satisfied:

  • 1. Product(s) should be in its original condition.
  • 2. All Seals & Tags should be intact
  • 3. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price.
  • 4. Product(s) should be returned with the original packing and all its accessories in an unused manner.
  • 5. Product(s) should be packaged securely for damage free return.
  • 6. Cost of returns in terms of shipping, taxes, duties or any other charges are to be borne in full by the customer alone.

Refund in case of return of product(s):

* Refund Amount = Price of the Product(s) – Applicable Return Fee

Note : Reverse parcel takes anywhere from 5-20 days after pickup to reach us. Refund will be processed ONLY after we receive customer’s parcel back (a maximum 20 days after pickup) and subject to a detailed examination by quality check personal and only when the returned product(s) pass(es) the quality check.

Refund to account

Refund requested in the same ‘bank account / card / wallet used for placing the order.

  • The refund amount for returns will be calculated by reducing the shipping costs incurred by CIW in delivering the Order from the amount paid by customer.
  • Every refund will also be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the Order value.

Exchange Policy

Customer can initiate exchange for product under the Manufacturers Limited Warranty only. Please refer to the “Limited Warranty Statement” below for details.
