Q.1. When will I get the referral code?
Immediately after placing the order successfully, a referral code will be generated and displayed. You can share the code with your friends directly from the portal.
Q.2. If I place an order for 2 units will I get 2 referral codes?
If you place an order for 2 until you will still get only one code however it can be redeemed 4 times. Similarly if you place an order for 3 units the code can be redeemed 6 times and so on. You will however be refunded when the code has been redeemed the 2nd, 4th, 6th time and so on.
Q.3. Can I earn referral code on every order?
Yes.
Q.4. How will I know if a referral code has been used?
Every time a code shared by you is used, it will appear under your profile on our website.
Q.5. How and when will I be refunded?
Upon usage of code 2 timesand successful delivery of the 2ndorder, the full product amount (minus GST) will be refunded via the mode of payment when placing the original order within 7 working days from the delivery of the 2nd order. If you have bought 2 units then a refund will be issued when the 4th order is successfully delivered.
Q.6. Can I use the referral code for my own subsequent orders?
Yes. You too can use the code 2 times to place an order and you will be refunded as per the standard terms.
Q.7. Is standard warrant available on products bought using the referral codes?
Yes
Q.8. Will the codes have an expiry date?
Yes. The code should be used within 6 months from the date of issuance.
Q.9. Will I get a refund if the code is used only once?
No. To avail the offer the code should be redeemed twice.
